The prices for all apartments include water, electricity, heating in winter, bed linen, a tourist tax.
It is necessary to make a payment equal to 35% of the price of your total stay via a bank transfer or by credit card and send an email with a receipt of the payment. The money is not refunded in case of cancellation. The rest of the payment is taken in cash upon arrival.
In case of a cancellation 60 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit will be charged. After this date, the customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the stay.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00 on the arrival day. Check out time is by 09:20 on a departure day if you haven't specified different time in your booking.
Bed linen is changed before a new guest checks in. The owner reserves the right to enter the accommodations if extra cleaning or maintenance is required.
Use of the premises must respect the other guests and the house rules. The client is required to respect the night-time quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 so that not to disturb other guests staying in the house.
The client will be asked to pay a deposit of 200,00 euro upon the arrival. The amount will be fully refunded provided there are no reasons to keep it ( such as dirty apartment, damage made...) at the time of departure.
In case the client or his guests bring damage to the accommodation and its interior, the client will be considered responsible for this damage. Under no circumstances, a number of guests superior to the one indicated in the booking is allowed in accommodation. The owner reserves the right to forbid the guests to enter the apartment if the latest condition is not met.
In case the booked apartment is not available due to the circumstances beyond the manager's control, a right to assign a different apartment with the same characteristics is reserved.
In compliance with the provisions related to energy saving, we strongly recommend to avoid wastage of water, electricity and heating.
