Our apartments are equipped with all the necessary for you to stay in total comfort; you will find bed linen, kitchen utensils, a microwave oven, a fridge, a glass-ceramic cook-top, a kettle, an American coffee-machine and a dishwasher in some apartments. There are hair-dryers in the bathroom. Besides, there is a safe and a satellite LED TV in every apartment.
Upon your arrival, a deposit of 200,00 will be required. It will be totally refunded when checking out if no damage is done to the accommodation and the apartment is clean.
Certainly, it is possible to use the internet connection.
The check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival, while check-out should be gone through by 9:30 on the day of departure. In case of any special requirement, it is enough to inform us when booking an apartment.
All the apartments are cleaned and tidied up before the arrival of a new client.
Our facilities are situated in a strategic point. Chalet Mottolino is situated a stone's throw away from the center of Livigno, while Chalet Snowflake is approximately 800 meters away.
Breakfast is served, on request, only at Chalet Mottolino. Those, who choose to use this service, will find a continental breakfast with typical products of Valtellina.
Chalet Mottolino is located just 20 meters away from the ski lifts. Chalet Snowflake is 500 meters away from the cable car of Mottolino; our guests can take a convenient shuttle bus that stops right in front of the chalet for free to get to the piste.
There are storerooms for skis and heated closets reserved for the guests.
There is a public parking 50 meters away from Chalet Mottolino and there is a private garage that should be reserved in Chalet Snowflake.
Our guests can enjoy all the events organized by a tourist agency of Livigno. Besides, we have agreements with Silene Sport for ski and bike rental.
You can pay in cash when checking-in to make up the full price of your stay.
It is prohibited to smoke in all the apartments, but it is allowed to smoke outside in the gardens or terraces.
In case of cancellation 60 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit will be charged. After this date, the customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the stay.
Chalet Snowflake and Chalet Mottolino are a perfect destination for an active holiday in Livigno: Snow Park, Bike Park, piste for nordic skis, cycling lanes, a pedestrian way along the river Spol are just some of the attractions that are easily reachable from our Chalet. Besides, thanks to the proximity of the central streets of the city, famous for shopping and night life, your holiday will be really unforgettable.
